1. Service

Sessemi provides a web scraping API that retrieves publicly available web content on your behalf. By using Sessemi, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You need an account to use the API. You're responsible for keeping your API key secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, rotate your key immediately from the dashboard. One account per person or organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Sessemi to collect publicly available data for lawful purposes. You may not use it to access non-public data, circumvent access controls on content you don't have the right to access, harvest personal data in violation of privacy laws, overload or disrupt target websites, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

4. Rate limits and credits

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. We may enforce rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Abuse of the free tier may result in account suspension.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in EUR, exclusive of tax where applicable. See our refund policy for cancellation and refund details.

6. Data and privacy

Sessemi processes your API requests to return scraped content. We do not store the content returned by scrape requests beyond the time needed to deliver the response. We store account information (email, billing details) and usage metrics. We do not sell your data.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scraping success depends on target site behavior, proxy quality, and anti-bot configurations that are outside our control. We are not liable for failed scrapes or temporary unavailability.

8. Liability

Sessemi is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
