Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Sessemi subscriptions (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

Refunds

Because Sessemi is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. When you cancel, no further charges are made.

Credits

API credits included in your plan reset each billing cycle and do not carry over. Unused credits are not refundable.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have an issue with your subscription, please contact us at andrew@sessemi.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We'll resolve it promptly.

Exceptions

We may issue discretionary refunds or credits for extended service outages or billing errors on our end. These are evaluated case by case.
